Hansun always regards Purification Technology as our core
technology for development. Marine biology have many toxic
contaminants,such as heavy metals, Dioxin, PCBs, etc. These
toxic contaminants affect human health, and regarded as carcinogens
and neurotoxins. These toxin have safety standards set by
the World Health Organization, and European Pharmacopeia and
GOED also have standards for this. Based on many- years of
producing experience, HANSUN have owned a set of perfect Purification
Technology. Our quality standards have already reached, even
some have surpassed the European Pharmacopeia and GOED Voluntary
Monograph.

1. Degumming, Deacidification, Deodorization,

2. Removing Heavy Metals
As for heavy metals, HANSUN regulates two sides of strict
control. One side is we strictly control the origin of crude
fish oil to guarantee the high grade. Our raw material are
tuna fish from cold deep sea area, which rich of EPA and DHA,
and the area affects the lowest pollution. Another side is

metals for high grade crude fish oil.

3. Removing Dioxin,Furans,PCBs
Dioxins are environmental pollutants .The chemical
name for dioxin is: 2,3,7,8- tetrachlorodibenzo para dioxin
(TCDD). The name of Dioxins is often used for the family of
structurally and chemically related polychlorinated dibenzo
para dioxins (PCDDs) and polychlorinated dibenzofurans (PCDFs).
Certain dioxin-like polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) with
similar toxic properties are also included under the term
of Dioxins. Dioxins and PCBs have highly toxic potential,
and they affect a number of organs and systems. HANSUN pay
much attention to remove these Dioxin and PCBs, since they
threaten to human health. We guarantee that our products meet
or exceed purity standards made by GOED Voluntary Monograph
and relevant EU legislation.

4. Mild Processing Prevents Oxidation
Omega-3 fish oil are unsaturated fatty acid and can
be easily oxidized when they are exposure in air or heat.
It is proved that the oxidation products are harmful for human
health, so we must take measures to prevent it from oxidized.
In fact, if we handle correctly in all manufacturing process,
we can minimize the exposure of fish oil in the air or heat
and guarantee the least oxidation. According to the quality
limits set by GOED and EU Pharmacopoeia, the oxidation represented
mainly by peroxide values, anisidine values, TOTOX etc. HANSUN
has such advanced facilities and oxidation resistance technique
to make sure that our oil have low oxidative parameters to
ensure a long shelf life and meet or exceed GOED and EU Pharmacopoeia
standards.
