Oleanolic acid
Oleanolic acid belongs to triterpene acids that has been
shown to protect against a number of hepatotoxicants, and
is used in China to treat hepatitis. Oleanolic acid has many
functions, but mainly known as remarkable antitumor activity.
Owing to its effects, it is widely used in pharmaceutical
and cosmetic industry in curing skin cancer, etc.
